Who makes The Keepsake House products?

The Keepsake House is a small handmade business based in Massachusetts. We design and make personalized photo magnets, custom stickers, magnetic bookmarks, linen bookmarks, and keepsake gifts by hand. Every order is printed, trimmed, laminated, and packed in our own studio rather than drop-shipped.

What do you sell?

We make magnetic bookmarks, linen bookmarks, affirmation and bookish stickers, custom photo magnets, personalized newborn footprint magnets, and custom logo magnets and stickers for small businesses. Most items are priced under fifteen dollars, which makes them popular as gifts for readers, teachers, students, and new parents.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are handmade and made to order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then ship via USPS. Delivery time varies based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

The Keepsake House currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

What is your return policy?

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, include any tags, are in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Custom and personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. To request a return, email support@thekeepsakehouse.com. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of return approval.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. We work with independent bookstores, gift shops, book clubs, event planners, and small businesses on bulk and wholesale orders. Email info@thekeepsakehouse.com with the products, quantities, and timeline you need, and we will send you pricing and turnaround for your order.
